How do you fix streaming video lag? - how to fix lag on megavideo

My videos always begin streaming time when they must maximize recovered after the minimization, but if I is full with time still left. This usually happens on YouTube and Hulu. Is there a way to resolve this problem, so that you can hear the videos in full screen mode?
