Birthday present idea? - make a cake like a piano

My brother, 11 is on 1 May and I have absolutely no idea what he receives in return. He loves video games, but I have some PS2 games last year for Christmas, so I can not do it again. I like sports, computer games, and only the modern electronics. He also enjoys cooking and likes some futuristic elements. It is also very musical and loves to sing, act and play piano and guitar. I do not want to buy something, too expensive or too cheap, but I wish I had one or two things to me) fun (14 years and his sister, and based on more than once in a lifetime. Cantigny is the way to climb (a huge army to keep the tank and a museum about the war) for his birthday with friends on Saturday after his birthday.
